The following actions constitute serious breaches of the 12klwin Terms & Conditions and may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of balances:

• Collusion or secret agreements between players to manipulate game outcomes
• Exploiting technical loopholes or software errors to obtain gains unlawfully
• Money laundering or using the platform for any suspicious financial activity
• Harassment, threats or abusive language directed at any staff member or other user
• Account sharing or allowing another party to use your account

Information you provide during registration and use of the platform is collected solely for the purposes of account management, identity verification, financial transaction processing and compliance with international licensing requirements.
